WHO AM I?I am a young creative with a Bachelor's Degree in Design for an Art Director at the University of the Arts London. Born and raised in Warsaw, Poland, I am now based in London, striving for international and intergenerational connection and collaboration.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE AN ART DIRECTOR?
To me, the role of an art director is the facilitator of connection. Primarily, I am finding the big idea, and later on, discovering collaborators to come to the final outcome. I use moodboarding, visual archival research and creative copywriting to guide the progress and growth of projects. I construct narratives, direction and pace.
WHAT ARE MY VALUES?
Most of all, I value connection and collaboration. To get the big result, we need teamwork and scale. Second of all, I value accessibility and positionality. With my practice, I aim to include diverse audiences and consider various perspectives to create meaningful strategies and relatable products.
WHAT ARE MY INSPIRATIONS?
I see humans as an extension of nature, thus I see it as my primary inspiration. With my focus on connection, I also want to facilitate one with the environment and nature, considering responsible use of resources.
WHAT MEDIA DO I USE?
I move between print and digital outputs. With strong proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop and Blender 3D, I can utilise my skills to create visual saturation online but also create refined materials for traditional print and publishing. I work with photography and 3D design as well as with illustration and fine art.
